Get Your Greens In With This Happy Gut Recipe - Part 2


This is following on from our Part 1 - Get Your Morning Greens - We now dive into a savory recipe both warming and light for the gut as well as nourishing for the body.


Green Detox Soup


½ steamed cauliflower

½ steamed Broccoli

Handful Spinach

½ avo

Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Splash of lemon juice

Spices(oregano, turmeric, Himalayan salt)

Optional: add in hemp powder or baobab 

If you want an extra creamy soup add a splash of almond or coconut milk


--Blend together and serve with a slice of Essene,  sourdough or your fav gluten free bread. You can also add a bit more mashed Avo for that extra creaminess on top. 

 Great soup for if you are feeling a little under the weather or you need something light.
